Let me start the year off by wishing you all happy, healthy, prosperous, and extremely Happy New Year as 2018 begins. I can attest by the New Year’s Eve party the club is alive and vibrant.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bill Ritz as outgoing Club President for his tireless commitment, hard work and dedication to the club the past three years. The public could not always see Bill’s efforts. The tireless activity by Bill allowed the club to continue forward in an organized and positive manner. Thank you, Bill!
The only constant in life is change. That said, I am humbled and honored to be the Bonnycastle Club’s new 2018 Club President. If you have an idea, concern or wish to discuss anything at all, please do not hesitate to call, e-mail or stop me next time we see each other at the club. Furthermore, I must assure you that the club is alive and well. The Bonnycastle has a strong and committed board that is dedicated to the club’s well-being. We are only as strong as the members itself and are poised to continue to prosper and thrive.
The Bonnycastle is a private club dedicated to its members. We all agree the club is known for a friendly smile, a safe place to participate in numerous activities, a place where all members and significant others can enjoy themselves in whatever activity they so choose. Make a new year’s resolution to introduce yourself to someone new, whether a new member or someone you don’t know well. Nothing brightens a day more than a friendly smile.
The club is made up by the efforts of many. The whole club is greater than the sum of its members. Please get involved. The more members get involved, the more we all can enjoy the fruits of our labors. In the five years that I have been associated with the Bonnycastle Club; I have met many people and can now say that many of you are my closest friends. I started small by volunteering to help one of our many teams. From there my enthusiasm to get involved multiplied exponentially. The more I get involved, the more I enjoy the club. I challenge every one of you to create lasting change by getting involved, shaking a hand or simply providing a bright smile. Many activities are coming up, so come to the club and enjoy yourself.
